Since 2004, PatientPrompt has been used by thousands of physicians, clinics, hospital departments, government agencies and other healthcare organizations to connect with patients. From appointment reminders to population health notifications to post-procedure follow-up instructions, PatientPrompt delivers the right message to the right patient using email, voice and text. Through real-time synchronization with EHRs and Practice Management Systems, the platform operates seamlessly in the background – no additional work needed.
PatientPrompt pulls information directly from EHRs and Practice Management Systems (PMS). Specific and personalized messages are then crafted using that information. Those interactive messages are then delivered via email, voice and/or text. All responses are tracked and posted back into the EHR or PMS.
Email, voice and text messages can be completely customized. Change parts of the message or use a completely different one based on information pulled from your EHR or Practice Management Solution.
Start with one of our best practice protocols (email > voice > text) or create one of your own. Voice-then-Text? No problem. Email-then-Voice? Can do. Just voice? Absolutely. Choose whatever works for you, we don’t mind.
The safety and security of your data is of paramount importance. We have engineered our systems with multiple layers of security including: data encryption, intrusion detection/prevention and physical safeguards. We have also adopted industry best practices in terms of data center management, employee data access and privacy policies. In short we have engrained “secure thinking” into every aspect of PatientPrompt.
As a platform dedicated to healthcare clients, we recognize our responsibility to protect individually identifiable health information according to the principles outlined in the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (“HIPAA”) and the HITECH Act of 2009. We are prepared to enter into a Business Associates Agreement (BAA) with any Covered Entity that chooses PatientPrompt.
