Your Own Email Address
PatientPrompt email reminders are sent with your own email address. This level of personalization increases open rates as well as confirmations.
PatientPrompt emails display the day and time of the appointment as an .ICS file which allows your patient to easily add the appointment to their calendar.
Maps And Directions
Appointment locations appear as a hyperlinks linked to googlemaps™ making it simple for patients to get directions.
Detailed preparation instructions can be added based on the type of appointment. Patients appreciate knowing what to expect and will be more prepared for their visit.
Simple Appointment Confirmation
Patients can confirm their appointments with a simple click. Their confirmation is posted into your EHR or PM in real-time.
Take the opportunity to provide patients with links to educational materials, encourage them to log into your portal or share other information you would like them to know.
Professional Voice Recording
Real voice recordings are much more friendly and clear than robotic voices. This results in fewer hang-ups and more confirmations.
Interactive Voice Messages
With PatientPrompt you have the ability to ask patients to respond by pressing a number on their phone. Their choice can trigger different actions such as (but not limited to): sending a confirmation back to your EHR, redirecting the call to your office and bridging the call to a 3rd party contact center – a service offered by Stericycle Communication Solutions ) and more.
Call metering distributes reminder calls over a period of time so that your office is not overwhelmed by patients calling back.
PatientPrompt can tell when a call goes to voicemail and can adjust the message accordingly (ie: system will leave a callback number rather than ask patient to “press 1 to confirm”).
Rapid Re-try of Busy Signals
When PatientPrompt detects a busy signal, instead of moving that call to the end of the queue, it tries it again after a short delay. Why? Because the system knows that there is someone there who is likely to answer.
Your Caller ID Number
Reminder calls made by PatientPrompt use your caller ID so that patients know it’s a message from your organization. Even better, this won’t tie up any of your existing phone lines.
PatientPrompt is capable of responding to texts from patients. For example, if a patient responds “confirm”, it can reply with a nice thank-you text. If, however, the patient responds with “How do I get there?” PatientPrompt can reply with a link to a map.
Detecting Textable Numbers
Our platform can automatically determine if a phone number is textable or not. This handy feature means that you can quickly see which patients have given you valid cell phone numbers.
Texts are personalized so that they are more likely to be read.
Instantly Dial Phone Numbers
Phone numbers are sent in standard format so that they are recognized by cell phones. Patients can click on them and immediately be connected to your office.
Links to Useful Info
Hyperlinks can be included in text messages. This is useful if you need to provide additional information.
