Before launching Patient Prompt™ Enteprise, we examined the existing marketplace and discovered that there was no appointment confirmation service designed specifically for the complex needs of an enterprise class customer.

 

Since traditional appointment reminder applications are fed by once-daily static schedule reports, their ability to customize their calling protocol for your office is very limited. SImply put, the static report they base their confirmation schedule on does not contain all of the information likely required to respond to your customization needs. Since Patient Prompt™ Enterprise is integrated directly into your PM/EMR suite, every detail your scheduling staff use to book appointments is similarly available for you to base your appointment reminder setup off of.

 

Here are some recent configuration requests that Patient Prompt™ Enterprise was able to deliver for our clients:

 

Traveling Providers: Providers travel between locations. Automatically determine the location of each appointment and communicate this to the patient when confirming the appointment.

Clinic specific Caller ID: Each of our 50+ departments has its own phone staff. Dynamically change the CallerID of each call to represent the department you are calling on behalf of.

Multi location: On the second Tuesday of each month, our office hosts a clinic in a different city. When confirming the appointment, please remind these patients that their appointment is at a different office and give them directions to that office.

New Patient Message: New patients need to arrive 30 minutes early while existing patients need to arrive 15 minutes early. Customize the message accordingly so that everyone arrives with enough time to complete paperwork.

Confirm Physician Assistant appts as the Doctor: Every Wednesday, all of Dr. Gold's appointments are handled by his PA. The patients don't know this so please confirm these appointments as being with Dr. Gold despite the fact they are booked with the PA.

Cancellation reports: We have a centralized call center which is responsible for booking / cancelling all appointments for the hospital. Regardless of which clinic they are with, at the end of the day please send a list of all cancelled appointments to this department.

Lab Results: If the patient has had any tests since their last appointment, please have them bring the results
